1. What type of products does Awstore offer?

Awstore offers a premium collection of men’s clothing including stylish shirts, comfortable trousers, and trendy hoodies — all designed for everyday wear, office looks, and casual outings.

2. How can I place an order?

Ordering from Awstore is simple and secure.

  1. Browse through our latest collections on the website.
  2. Choose your favorite product, select the size, and click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and confirm your order.
    Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message and your order will be processed within 1–3 business days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You can pay the courier when your parcel arrives at your doorstep. We are also working on adding online payment options for faster and more convenient checkout in the near future.

4. What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

A flat Rs.200 shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of location.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days depending on your city or area.

We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel in the following cases:

  • If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item.
  • The product must be unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is required to process any exchange claim.
    Please note: Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Currently, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for exchange.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number through WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey and know the expected delivery date. If you face any delay or issue, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.
