- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags still attached.
- An unboxing video is required to process any exchange or claim.
- Exchange is allowed only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
- Exchange depends on product availability at the time of your request.
Return & Refund Policy
- Currently, refunds are not offered.
- We only provide product exchanges for eligible cases as mentioned above.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No return or exchange will be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered, or if the original tags and packaging are missing.
