  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags still attached.
  • An unboxing video is required to process any exchange or claim.
  • Exchange is allowed only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchange depends on product availability at the time of your request.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Currently, refunds are not offered.
  • We only provide product exchanges for eligible cases as mentioned above.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered, or if the original tags and packaging are missing.
